If you can't see your order or subscription in your Vida Glow account, it's usually because it was placed using a different email address or completed as a guest checkout.

Orders and subscriptions will only appear in your account if they were created using the same email address linked to your Vida Glow account.

If you've confirmed that you're logged in with the correct email address and still can't locate your order or subscription, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number (if available)
  • The email address used to place your order or subscription, or any alternative email addresses it may have been placed under
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and help you locate your order or subscription.
