Can I redeem loyalty points on subscription orders?Updated 22 days ago

You can add accumulated loyalty points to existing subscriptions. All other discounts are not eligible for use on subscription orders.

To use loyalty points on your existing subscriptions, the discount must be applied 5 business days in advance of the order being processed. The subscription also needs to meet the minimum spend requirements for redemption. This information can be found, here:

To apply loyalty points to a subscription order, you will firstly need to redeem your points to create a code. This code is then added to your subscription order to apply the points.

To get your code:

Once selected: 

You will see the number of points you have available and your choices to redeem. Select to redeem the number of points you would like to use on your subscription (we suggest you check minimum spends before doing this).

Once you have confirmed you are sure and you would like to redeem, you will be given a code > copy this code or store it for use later (this code is now your points value and cannot be transferred back to points).

• Navigate back to your account.

• Select Subscription:

•  Select Add Discount:

• Apply the copied discount code:

• You will see confirmation that the discount code has applied.
